Alcúdia on October 8, 2025: Mild air, light clouds and a fresh breeze

A sunny and mild October day in Alcúdia

Today, Alcúdia feels almost as if autumn paused for a moment. The thermometers show morning temperatures around 19 °C, by midday the mercury climbs to about 22–23 °C, and in the evening it remains pleasant at about 21 °C.

The numbers sound technical, but on the ground you notice it immediately: a light wind blowing through the pines along Passeig, a few sailboats in the harbor, and locals walking dogs in thin jackets. At 9:15 AM I saw a fisherman sorting his nets — a good day to be outdoors.

What you can do

This is one of those days when a coffee on the promenade remains pleasant. For something more active, take the small hike toward Albufera: the paths are dry, visibility clear. The sea still feels mild; short walks on the beach work wonderfully, and swimming is still possible for the hardy.

Small tip: Bring a light jacket, especially in the evening the breeze becomes noticeable. For photographers there is nice light in the late afternoon, when the sun is low and the mountains to the north soften the scene.

For the next 24 hours, no major changes are announced. It remains mostly pleasant with occasional cloud patches. If a weather change comes, higher cloud bands usually announce it — giving us enough lead time to report on it.
