Late Summer in Alcúdia: Clear Sky and Mild Temperatures on September 12

👁 2437

Alcúdia is sunny and warm: a perfect late-summer day with a light breeze, pleasant temperatures, and zero rain risk.

A day like the one you dream of

\n

In the morning around 8:15 a.m., the first walkers with dogs were already along the harbor promenade. The sun climbed higher quickly, the sky was practically cloudless – one of those clear late-summer days when you automatically slow down a bit and have another coffee on the terrace. Anyone out in Alcúdia today can immediately sense that the island is breathing a relaxed air.

Temperatures throughout the day

\n

Early in the morning temperatures were around 22–23 °C, daytime around 27 °C – still clearly shirt weather. In the afternoon it eased back to around 25–26 °C, evening remains mild at about 24 °C. No dramatic numbers, more like the comfortable end of summer.

How it feels

\n

Feels-like values tell you whether you sweat in a shirt or not. Today the feels-like temperature at noon was close to 28 °C, in the early morning around a pleasant 23 °C. Anyone who packed a light jacket will hardly need it – perhaps for a windy sundowner at the pier.

Air, wind and weather pattern

\n

Air pressure remained stable at about 1021 hPa, humidity still moderate around 60–65%. From the southeast a fresh breeze moved, on average around 7 m/s with occasional gusts – enough for the seagulls to circle above the harbor elegantly, but not so much that you have to lash your sun umbrella to the ground. Rain? Not today. The chances of precipitation were practically 0%.

Tips for the day

\n

If you’re still looking for a small program: morning stroll to the old town, then brunch at Café at the Harbour (around 10:00 a.m. it's quiet), in the afternoon a jump into the sea at one of the small coves west of the main beach. In the evening it's worth strolling through the narrow streets; the lanterns then give a nice light, and the pizza bakers fire up the ovens.

In short: a straightforward, sunny day in Alcúdia that feels good – no weather surprises. Pack the sunscreen, but leave the rain jacket at home.
