Today it is worth leaving the windows open. The morning began with mild temperatures around 23 °C, and by around 14:00 the thermometer had risen to nearly 27 °C. On Plaça Major, a few cats doze in the sun, and at the corner cafe the espresso cups are rinsed with a satisfied smile — typical afternoon mood here.

What it feels like

The perceived temperature during the day is about 26 °C, so just warm enough to sit outside without a jacket. In the evening it remains pleasantly warm; around 20:00 the thermometer shows around 24–25 °C. Perfect if you want to walk after a long day at Portopetro harbor.

Air, Wind and View

The air is with about 63 % humidity rather dry than muggy. The air pressure is around 1021 hPa, which feels stable — no signs of abrupt weather change. From the southeast a light breeze blows at around 4 m/s (sometimes gusts up to nearly 5 m/s). That is enough to make the heat bearable, but does not cause unpleasant gusts on the beach.

Probability of precipitation: 0 %. Not a cloud in the sky, pure sun. Whoever heads today to Cala Llombards or the small cove near Cala Santanyí will get an unobstructed view of the sea and can enjoy the day undisturbed.

A small tip from me: Between 17:30 and 19:30 the sun is still warm, but not oppressive — ideal for a walk along the promenade or a glass of wine on the terrace. Pack sunscreen, put on light shoes and perhaps bring a light jacket for later. A lovely day on the island, just the way you like it.
