Sóller on September 22, 2025: Clouds, Drizzle and Mild Temperatures

👁 2213

For September 22, Sóller reports notably less sunshine than usual. The weather remains unsettled and occasionally damp – the perfect excuse for one more café cortado.

Sóller today: More grey than gold

If you were traveling this morning by train or at the market in Sóller, you have probably already noticed: the sun has grown scarce. For September 22, 2025 we expect not a clear sky here, but a dense cloud cover and intermittent drizzle. In short: pack the light rain jacket if you have to head outside.

Temperatures – pleasant, but changeable

The thermometers rise during the day to around 25–27 °C, in the evening the temperature falls to about 17–19 °C. In the morning the air still feels quite warm (just over 20 °C); in the afternoon the air eases slightly and brings a fresh note. For many of us this is still fine without heating, though perhaps too cool for beachgoers.

Air pressure, humidity and wind

Air pressure remains stable at around 1015 hPa. The air is quite humid at about 80 % relative humidity – no wonder with the drizzle. The wind blows moderately from the northeast (roughly 40°) at speeds around 5 m/s; gusts can briefly pick up. For sailors and smaller boats this means: be careful, the sea remains rough.

Chance of rain and everyday tips

The chance of showers or light rain is high – a persistent cloud cover is likely. An umbrella or light rain jacket is therefore advisable. If you visit the weekly market today, allow a bit more time; vendors pack up their stalls more quickly as soon as the drops arrive.

Local tip: A café on Carrer de sa Lluna fills up quickly in this weather. A warm drink and a chat with neighbors is almost mandatory today. The terraces are emptier than in midsummer, but the atmosphere remains cozy.

What lies ahead

The coming days stay changeable according to the forecast, with decreasing probability of rain toward the end of the week. We'll keep an eye on the next updates – should stronger showers or wind turns be forecast, we'll get back in touch.

Stay dry and adjust your plans: Sóller shows today its calm, gray side.
